You control which metrics investors see, which investors see them, and whether those numbers update live, by manual snapshot, or not at all.
You control what investors see, who sees it, and how often it updates: live, by snapshot, or paused.
What is shared
You start with a standard set of metrics shared with each investor, and every toggle is visible. Turn any off anytime, and the investor view updates immediately.

Who can see it
Each investor gets their own scope. Pausing keeps the investor connected and freezes their view on the last published numbers. You can resume whenever you want, and they never have to reconnect. Revoking ends the relationship. The investor loses access to this company and has to be re-invited before they can see anything again.
How often it updates
Choose the cadence per investor. The mode you pick is shown next to every connection so you always know what your investor is reading.
Continuous
Updates automatically from your latest accounting sync. Syncs every 6 hours, plus manual sync any time.
Snapshot
Updates only when you publish. Investors see what you last published.
Paused
Investor keeps the relationship and the last published numbers (as of that publish). New updates stop until you resume sharing.
Daily
Auto-publishes once per day from your latest data. Manual publish overrides anytime.
Weekly
Auto-publishes once per week from your latest data. Manual publish overrides anytime.
Monthly
Auto-publishes once per month from your latest data. Manual publish overrides anytime.
Quarterly
Auto-publishes once per quarter from your latest data. Manual publish overrides anytime.
Preview
Preview before you share.
Every Configure Access dialog has a "Preview what your investor sees" affordance. Built from the same snapshot, the same cadence and the same privacy groups their view reads. Treat it as a close rehearsal of their screen rather than a copy of it.
Audit log
Audit log for you, not just for compliance.
Every publish, cadence change, and metric-visibility write is written to your audit log. Investor opens are not. The full list of changes (what changed, when, and whether it was you or someone else) is in Settings, under Audit log, filtered to Investor access. Clarifi records what you publish and change, not when an investor looks. There is no read event, so the log cannot tell you a number was opened.
Paused
Sharing is paused by the founder.
Updates are paused. Any last published numbers stay visible as of that publish. They will refresh when the founder resumes sharing.
Every grant lifecycle event (published, changed, revoked) is written to your audit log. Clarifi records what you publish and change, not when an investor looks. There is no read event, so the log cannot tell you a number was opened.
See it live.
